Here are some frequently asked questions

What happens at the end of my trial?
When you start your trial, you get a fully functional account, which gives you access to everything Finbox has to offer. After 10 days, your subscription will renew based on the plan you select at checkout. We'll email you a couple of days before your trial expires to remind you. You can also cancel your subscription at any time and it will not renew after the current billing period. Your premium benefits will remain active for the duration of the paid period.

What exactly is a Data Boost?
Data Boosts allow you to export data from tools on Finbox, including the Screener, Watchlists, Financial Models, and Ideas. If you're subscribed to the Starter Plan, a Data Boost will apply to every region in your plan. At this time, it is not possible to boost specific regions. Note, the Professional plan automatically includes Data Boosts for all regions.

Can I change my plan later?
Definitely! You can switch from the Starter to the Professional plan at any time. You can also change your billing frequency (monthly, quarterly, or yearly) at any time.

What if I want to cancel my service?
No problem. If you decide Finbox isn’t for you, you can cancel or downgrade before your next billing period with a single click from your account settings or by submitting a request to support@finbox.com.

What kind of payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept any credit or debit card with a MasterCard, Visa, Discover Network, American Express, Diners Club International, or JCB logo. All credit card payments are securely processed through Stripe. We also accept PayPal and are a verified PayPal business partner.

Can I get a refund?
Finbox services are provided on a non-refundable basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and it will not auto-renew after the current billing period. Paid service will remain active for the duration of the paid period.

Which currency will I be charged in?
All payments are processed in United States Dollars (USD).

Finbox supports companies traded on 130+ exchanges in the world. If the company you're interested in trades on an exchange outside the regions covered with your plan, you can add them at any time.
